I ran out of another brand of wooden knives and ordered these instead. They were delivered quickly, they were a little darker wood, but they worked.While the product is great, many who would be inclined to purchase do so in order to limit their plastic usage. A paper wrapping would make this product 5 star.I’m a caterer, and I keep having to replace cheese knives that never seem to come back! I tried these as a low-cost alternative, and so far they’re working. Now I don’t mind if they disappear, they’re bio-degradable. If this continues, maybe I can stop buying new ones!I run a food truck and some hosts want more eco friendly, bio degradable utencils. I am impressed at its sturdiness, contrary to my worries.I did not use it my self yet. But it looks quite sturdy, beautiful and feels good.Just looking for bigger bundles.I ordered these for second grade scouts to whittle soap, figuring I'd use the rest for picnics. To my surprise not a single one that the scouts used broke while whittle Ivory. These are sturdier than I expected and I like that they seem more eco-friendly than plastic.I cannot rate these forks for durability, as of yet. I am currently wrapping them along with knives and napkins, for an upcoming reception this weekend. However, each package was supposed to have 100 forks but both packages were short. 1 package has 86 forks & other a large has 97. This is a big deal when you need every fork ordered. I do not want to spend more money ordering another entire package of forks, when I would’ve had as many as I needed, had the package is contained the number of forks advertised… Which was 100 per package. Again, I wasn’t planning to rate the forks as of yet because we have not used them yet. However, I did give one star because that was the only way that I could submit this review and allow the company to know that the packages did not contain the 100 forks advertised.I purchased these knives looking for an alternative to plastic and I love them. I have this item on subscription. No more plastic knives for me. This product is nice and sturdy and I even use it for steaks!We love these knives!They cut very well, are sturdy, and most importantly, are environmentally safe.We use these frequently when on the road in our motorhome.These are a must-have.Brilliant I used them for the cheeses on a graze table at my sisters wedding. Really sturdy compared to the plastic ones. No complaintsVery disappointed, bought these over several other cheaper sets of 100knives as shown in nice wooden effect container which is what I wanted for garden party - but arrived loose in a plastic bag - hate false advertisement - will be reporting to Amazon and returning in principal !!!No container - false advertisement.
