I was skeptical when we purchased this because it's so cheap compared to other faucets out there. However after installation and using it for about 8 months now i can say it's holding up very well. Some parts are plastic so the sprayer part is lighter than you would expect but there's been no issues. No leaks, no clogs or broken pieces. Definitely going to get another one after we move to our new house.The faucet works as it should the sprayer doesn’t seat flush the faucet itself the metal or stainless steel is kinda thin throughout the entire faucet especially the base plate it needs a bracket premonition between faucet base and sink to hold base plate stationary and from flexing. The installation was ok the instructions are very vague and for quick connection supply lines and sprayer hose, it was a hassle to tighten lines with a sink and a wall in the way but it is possible. The lines are not labeled for hot or cold but luckily being a carpenter and a home remodeler of 25 years I know the longer water supply line is always hot or you could place the faucet as it would be mounted and turn it to cold or only open cold side then blow in the faucet or water supply line the one you can blow threw is cold. There should be a manual or company brochure operating guide as well as customer service support information in the box. Nothing to help a novice or diy first time home buyer to troubleshoot nor provides information about does or doesn’t at installation or after. Overall it works as for longevity, durability and craftsmanship time will tell. I give 3 stars overall because of the lack of installation guidelines and not providing any company information and thin quality of faucet material.This is hard to install and the hose leaks under the sink. I can not get it off to fix or troubleshoot the issue. Outside of putting a bucket under the sink and calling a plumber, I don't know what else to do.Plus side- It's good for the money.Negative side- The lever to turn hot/cold always comes unscrewed. And the switch to turn the sprayer on some times gets half stuck and it makes a loud wierd noise.I would purchase again.Faucet was well packaged and appears to be well made, especially for the price. I installed it in our camper to replace the standard one. Installation was straight forward, just had to make a trip to the hardware store to make the water lines work. We used it over the weekend, and it works flawlessly. The only gripe is the sprayer head doesn't sit completely flush when fully retracted, no matter how much I adjusted the counter weight. Not a big deal since it's in our camper. But if it was our home, I'd be less than pleased. Again, for the price, this faucet is highly recommended.Faucet works fine just took longer to install because it doesn't say the connection are 3/8" compression fittings and existing faucet was 1/2", so a trip to Home Depot with the connection hose because there is not documentation inside the package stating what size they are, since the hardware store did not have just the converters had to replace both Angle Ball valves to 3/8". There is also no phone number or part number in the literature provided, there is a website but is no longer active. Overall the faucet works fine, just better communication from the seller is needed so the customer can decided if it will work with there current water supply valves.I bought this to upgrade my rented house. Generally, these types of faucets from Homedepot and Lowes are more than $100 per piece, so whether this faucet has good quality is open to doubt. I planed to buy one for test.To my surprise, when I got it I had to say it offered value for money. It's enough heavy to pull the faucet back and it works really well in both modes.The structure of the metal is worthy of this price. All components are strong enough to work well.Installation is really easy. Though there is a hard work when I connected the screw to the seal under the sink, I finally perfectly solved this problem with a powerful screwdriver or a light drill.In a word, I will definitely buy other stuffs from here if this one can stand of the test of time,First of all, this is a very nice faucet for the price. Yes, it doesn't have quite the same heft as comparable faucets that are $150 and up, but then again, it doesn't cost nearly as much. It looks good, feels solid, and is incredibly easy to install.
