I just brought another one out yesterday and used it and today the smell is there again, they smell like mildew! Don’t waist your money. Terrible! I’m throwing them away.It cleaned zThese are dish cloths for washing dishes and wiping down kitchen surfaces. They are NOT towels- evident by the fact that they are advertised with dimensions. I love the colors, and that the stitching helps to get up sticky things on the kitchen counters. I took away one star because the edges curl up after drying in the dryer. But I smooth the edges when taking them out while they are still warm, and that partially works to flatten them for stacking & storage. I find them better than most dish washing cloths, even more expensive ones. And I haven’t had any problems with them drying after use as reported by some other reviewers.Like others say, they do shrink a bit . Imo , it should be expected :) . After shrinking , the size maybe be smaller however, imo little impact on performance .Good value and exactly what I was looking for .:)Wanted to love these. Good quality, but got dingy grey very quickly and even bleaching them didn’t help. Would look for another color or brandI have had a difficult time finding waffle dishrags to replace the ones I have had for several years. These are great! They did shrink a little when I washed them but I expected that they would. Even so the size is very good for washing dishes. They are a little softer texture wise than my old ones but they still scrub the pans really well. They absorb quite a bit of water even when you start out with a wrung out rag. I find the colors a little off putting since they really don't go with anything in my kitchen but I can overlook that since they are quite good dishrags. I have not marked them for durability because I have just started using then and that remains to be seen. At this point I would recommend them.These are thin, which I like because they dry out quickly between uses. Never smell. Nice colors and variety, I like a happy looking kitchen. They have kept their color and shape after multiple washings. Will buy again when needed.This style waffle weave dish "rag" has been around my whole life. The texture is non-slip and good for cleaning. Being 100% cotton they do shrink in normal washing. If for some reason you don't want them to shrink, follow the attached washing instruction label: luke warm water, no bleach, no tumble dry, No dry clean (!?? who the heck would dry clean a wash rag?). On the other hand, mine are washed in hot water often, with bleach and then thrown on the dryer just fine. The colors are weirdly brilliant.I LIKED THE COLOURS VERY BRIGHT ,GOOD QUALITY.VERY HAPPY WITH THEM,WOULD BUY SAME ITEMS AGAIN.Great cloths, good qualityThis are not tea towels, they are dish cloths.
